Terms & Conditions

Please read carefully:

No refunds or exchanges will be given once a payment has been made.

You must reschedule a cancelled lesson within a month of the original appointment.

Any cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows (late 10 minutes or more) on the student’s behalf will not be refunded, made-up, or rolled over to the next month.

“Unused” lessons will expire once the month is over. Keep in mind, it’s best to not get behind on lessons, as your tutor has many students she meets with daily. Hence, your tutor may not be available to help you make up for any unused or missed lessons.

If the student wishes to discontinue their lessons for any reason, it is the student’s responsibility to cancel their recurring subscription payments. All payments are final. The ASL Coach does not offer refunds or exchanges.

Your tutor reserves the right to change these terms and conditions and/or withdraw their services at any time for any reason they see fit.
